Step Outside The Box-Brey

Stop being obsessed with House of Balloons and Take Care and try listening to some new shit. Here are some great albums that have been getting heavy rotation by me lately:

Florence Welch's incredible vocals make for pleasant listens all the way through both of these great albums. If you're into GREAT vocals(can't imagine you wouldn't be) definitely check both out, starting with Lungs through the end of Ceremonials

                

The Black Keys- El Camino                                                                 

A more upbeat album, The Black Keys are some soulful white guys that make music that just makes you feel good. Just came out this month so it's fairly brand new. Throw this on while you cleanin on a Saturday or just ridin around in the daytime.

The XX-XX

I'm obviously biased but this is one of the best front-to-back chill music albums I've ever heard in my life. From the Intro to the last second of the last song it's just pure fire. The nocturnal sounds with heavy bass and strings combined with the soothing voices of Romy Madley and Jamie Smith make for a truly timeless album. Throw it on at night...or when you're sad like I currently am lol

I'm sick of people only talking about Watch the Throne, Lil Wayne, and top 5 rappers all the time. Step outside of the musical box you created for yourself and tap into the GREAT music that's out there. Diversity is a good thing with music taste and don't let anyone convince you otherwise
